For best results, you will need to play Seihou Shuusou Gyoku using the included
D3D Windower program. On many newer systems, playing the game will result in extremely sluggish
framerates. Because of the way the game was programmed, it cannot efficiently operate in
fullscreen, even though it doesn't feature a windowed mode.

D3D Windower will allow you to play the game in a 640x480 window instead of fullscreen, which will
eliminate the slowdown problems you play it in 8-bit mode.

To use D3D windower:

1) Open D3D Windower and click the "+" icon.

2) Browse and select the game's .exe file ("H"). The filename should appear on the menu.

3) Click the "H" file on the menu, then click the settings button. (The icon to the right of the computer icon)

4) In the settings menu, click "browse", under "DLL".

5) Browse for the "D3dhook.dll" file, located in the "D3D Windower" folder. (This is same folder as the D3D Windower's .exe file)

6) Make sure the "Use Windowed Mode" box is checked in settings, then click "OK".

7) With "H" selected in the main menu, click "run program" (The computer icon). The game should start.

8) Make sure 8-bit mode is selected in the game's config menu under graphic options.

Once you've done these steps, you only have to do step 7 to re-play the game with D3D Windower. You will have to
redo these steps if you move the folders to a different location--Press the "-" icon to reset the main menu before doing so.
